Thursday - Day One

Our friends the Pecks had some free passes for Silver Dollar City in Branson, MO and invited us to come and join them there for the weekend. We had a BLAST!

For the next several posts, I will be posting what happened each day we were there. Hope you enjoy!



We arrived in Branson at around 3:30 PM on Thursday the 10th. It was a warm and sunny day and we were feeling warm and sunny inside and out. We checked into our room shortly thereafter and were pleasantly surprised to see all that the room offered. It had a living room with a pull-out-bed couch, a master bedroom, full sized bathroom, a full sized kitchen with dishes, pots, pans, toaster, dishwasher, blender, and just about everything else you needed.



It was great! There was also another room with a full sized bed, a couch that pulled out into a bed, a table, sink, fridge, and another full sized bathroom. It was just the size for our family and we soon set out to organize our clothes, shoes, blankets, and other items brought for the trip.





After we were all unpacked, we decided to go grocery shopping to get all that we needed for our weekend stay in Branson. We bought two frozen pizzas, ate them, and then went swimming. It was a good start to the trip. We were excited what the next day would hold.
